Quality of Accommodation

Paid for my room a month in advance, and had a confirmation that my rooms were reserved. Representative call me day of check 2 hours before I got there to check in and told me they did not have my rooms. Therefore they would refund my money. All hotels were booked in that area that is why I booked a hotel a month in advance. Knowing Hotels would fill up. Had to book another Hotel 50 miles away from our destination.

I will never use them again. It was a real hardship traveling 50 miles everyday for 3 days . NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER

They were very prompt in refunding my money.
